Mods are going to tell you to add the EXIF data to the post so that people don't have to click through ;) I think it is a good idea!
Now for the image I am not sure what kind of info you wanted because you didn't ask any specific questions, but a few things jump out at me:
1) I think a portrait orientation would have strengthed the angle of the shot.
2) The light pollution and little flare on the right are distracting. The extra room really should have been in front of the sign. Crop it almost in half and I think it will work better.
3) Personally, I think it needs to be a touch darker and a touch more contrast to make the stars show up.
I like overexposed night shots, they have such a story or movie feel to them. I like your angle too, it is interesting and different, this could almost work for the minimalism assignment too :)

Also, we ask that you have some specific questions to go along with your photo, to help potentially critiquers understand what you were going for.

Hi jonnyquest45:
I liked what you try to achieve here. The points said by Sandie are true and I must agree with her. I played with her points and with photoshop and came with this photo. Hope you liked.

I like it, now it has a very spooky and dangerous story quality to it. I played with it a little and got something similar, I just didn't think about a red wash over it. I like that idea.

Thanks.. I'm glad you liked it. I did not thought about the red was over but I wanted to add something "extra" and clicked the channel mixer and playing with the options got that..and say...ohh that might work.... maybe hehehe.
Cheerssss.
