Default Swans

I normally shoot portraits but for the first time in 5 years I had some time on my hands to do what I wanted, when I wanted as my youngest has just started nursery - yeah!

I really enjoyed looking at the light and not having any pressure. Ain't the world a beautiful place?

Beautiful! I especially love the reflection in the water in picture 2.

Thanks Bridget

It was a beautiful morning. It isn't showing on these images too well, but most of the lake was covered in a layer of ice. Brrrr.

Was there steam coming off the water in the first 2 photos?

I really like your swan photos, beautiful shots. Well done!

So not fair, I'm already jealous of your beautiful portraits and now you're taking photos of swans??? Love those first two shots, the lighting is beautiful.
