Default Yellow Tabby

My first attempt with my first DSLR. Yellow tabby has always been my favorite breed. Honest feedback, welcome.

Camera: Canon EOS 450D
Exposure: 1/13 sec
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 55 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

It feels way too saturated. Might want to try toning down the yellows.

Great pose from the cat! Nice depth of field for me.
Agreed with the above poster, the colours are maybe a bit too vibrant?

My bad, this is my first post to DPS, should have read the rules carefully. Sorry.
(In fact, I have posted another picture on the same day)

I do worry if the picture is too saturated. Yet to learn how to tone down just the yellows?

Personally, I like the picture because of the cat pose and the color combi of red/yellow/green/blue...

What about the crop? focus? Anything I should have done on the composition?

What software are you using? Most programs will allow you to choose a certain color or hue to work on.
