Default Ducks

I am a self employed plasterer and happen to be working at a house toady in Padfield,Glossop Uk.
I was greeted by these little fellows and took a few snaps.I was chuffed they came out and was wondering if you could give advice on best way to crop this image,I liked it cropped nearer to the birds and a bit off the sky.I posted here to see what you experts think.I hope the picture is worthy of a mention.Taken on Point n shoot.

I'd definitely crop some of the bottom of the picture and remove the green storage container on the right.

Also, I feel like maybe it needs some post-processing lighting changes. Your snow is grey, where it should be white. Try brightening it and/or upping the contrast and see what that does.

Thanks for your info.I followed your instructions here is the outcome.I did brighten it once before then decided against it I think once I have been looking at an image for a while you tend to loose sight of what you are doing.
Hope this is a improvement.
