Default Landing Geese (movement question)

I took this right at dusk, I don't love the color, but not sure what to change.
I had it on the 'snow' setting, but auto besides that.

Not sure how much blur makes a picture a good picture to show movement, and how much just makes it blurry. If I was capturing a cyclist, some blur would be good.
I guess if the geese in the water were focused, the blur of the landing geese would be better.

It looks very blue to me, perhaps reduce the level of blue and also straighten it up, the snow level at the bottom is crooked. As you said it looks quite dark, brighten it up a bit as well.
With regards to the blur, it looks like your shutterspeed was too slow as even the geese in the water are blurred from camera shake. Next time try to make the shutterspeed a bit quicker and lower the f number for the aperture to get more light, or raise the ISO. If you'd got the geese in the water sharp and the landing geese with some motion blur, it would have been a very nice shot.

I doubt the trees in the background were moving too fast. Obviously your shutter speed was way too slow to capture this shot. Since you haven't posted the requested EXIF data it's impossible to provide any more specific advice.

Doh! I didn't even notice the trees in the background. It looks as though I snapped the picture while driving by.

It was ISO 125
f/4.4
and 1/30th of a second (all of which the camera chose for me - I was freeeezing and in a time crunch or I would have tried manual)
