I would post process some gaussian blur into the background to further minimize the clutter of people body parts showing. I think it would bring out the monkey more. Great expression on the monkey and his "monkey business!"

I like this shot as it is, the focus highlights the face well and the expression is brilliant. I think the background provides context and adds to the image whilst not being distracting. I wouldn't change it to be honest?
