Default Critique for my tiger please?

I took this shot a couple of days ago at Sydney's Taronga Zoo and have a couple of things I would like some feedback on please.

The Sumatran Tiger

  1. Is the ISO noise too distracting?
    Camera: Sony DSLR-A200
    Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
    Aperture: f/5.6
    Focal Length: 200 mm
    ISO Speed: 800
    Exposure Bias: 0 EV
    Flash: Off, Did not fire
  2. Can you tell that it is shot through glass and if so, is it a problem?
  3. I tried to process the image as realistically as possible - have I achieved a decent result with colours etc?

Any other comments of course would be most welcome

Cheers!

Seriously, nice job. You have the t-i-double-gerr looking right at you, eyes and face are sharp. You have foreground and background elements to give it depth.

Very nice shot. That would make a nice post card for the zoo you were at.

Nice pic. I see nothing "wrong" at all. I might have chosen to "close his mouth" and add some additional "character" (catchlights maybe) to the eyes.....but that would be "more edited" and less "as it was" realistic.

Wow, nice tiger. He is looking right at you, great timing! He must have been hungry ;-) Can't even tell that you shot it through glass. Would not of known.
