What do you guys think? I would have liked a bit more light from the left but that was not under my control

ISO Speed : 200
Metering Mode : Average
Focal Length : 400mm
Lens : EF 100-400mm f\4-5.6 L IS USM

KazeFox: Thanks, I wish there was someway to light the other side of the bird but unfortunately that wasn't in my control and I'm not too familiar with how to do this in photoshop. Any advice would be great.
