Where should I put the bird?

Hi

It's a while since I've posted but I'd really appreciate some feedback on the picture below:



It was taken late one winter's afternoon just after Christmas at a local bird haven. Whilst any observations (good or bad: tell me how it is please!) would be welcome, I'd especially appreciate some feedback about the composition, and in particular where I should crop it. I've followed (loosely) the rule of thirds as an initial crop, but do you think this is one of those occasions when I should break the rule and have the swan (I think it is) much more to the left of the picture?
