Default Float Like A Bee

Hi there!

I'm a relatively new photographer, trying to learn! Please tell me what you think about this picture, if there is anything you would have done differently, any way you would have changed it in the post-process stage, etc.

This was shot with a Nikon d3100, 55-300mm lens.

Thank you for your time!!

You'll be more apt to get responses if your photo is posted here for us.
If you need help with how to do that, let us know!

Red face A few changes

First off I don't want to sound to harsh but I would get in closer to the bee and use a polarizing filter to get rid of the glare on the right and even try to pan (use a long shutter speed, for a bee try 1/25, and follow it as it moves to have a blurred background. It's a good start to photography though!
