Love the first one. He is shown 'active' a lot of interest going on. He's looking towards the center line of the image and not off to the side. Just above the horizon line. So, compositionally, nice shot. Nice contrast and color. Sharp image.
The second one is way over processed with the dark vignette. It would be better to shorten the midpoint of the vignette OR crop the photo more and reduce the vignette value. n

IMHO of course.

thank you for your respond i'm really happy you like the first shot that's actually his fall photoshoot. his a very photogenic dog so his style and sway i guess add more characteristics to the picture lol ...

as for the second one this is actually my actual shot ... and yes you are correct i did over done the viginette effect.

i will be attaching the actual shot before the editing process ...
