Gorilla mother with her baby

I took this shot and a few others (can be seen in the same Flicker set) on a recent trip to a Safari Park.
My question is...

What is your eye drawn to? Did I manage to make any one thing the focus of the picture?
I have other shots that show the baby's sleepy grin, but then the mother's eyes are lost.
I guess I'm not sure this is as captivating as I would have liked.

I would appreciate any additional critique you would like to give. I'm looking to learn from those with the "eye" and experience.

Here. This will help. When you click share, click the "grab HTML/BBB code" tab, and copy that. I always use the largest medium size. Then, just past that code in the message field, and you should get this.....
