Default Husky in the kitchen

This is one of the first photos I've been able to really capture with my new Rebel T3i.
Av 5.6
Sorry still learning the camera and photography, don't remember any of the other values.

Did you know I'm psychic? I conjured it up with some voodoo magic! Voilà!

Exposure 0.004 sec (1/250)
Aperture f/5.6
Focal Length 154 mm
ISO Speed 2000

Haha, just kidding, but if you're on the photo's page on Flickr and click the camera's name right above the map for geotagging it will give you the basics.

Like many pet photographs, this one has a beautiful facial expression, but I'm not too keen on the lighting. If you can try to redo this shot, employ the usage of some lights on the dog's face. The backlighting is good, but the current lack of any on the face leaves a lot to be desired.

I can't wait to see more photos of this adorable dog.

Adore huskies!!!! Such a cutie pie! I agree, good back lighting, but the exposure on the husky is far too low, but not low enough (with strong enough back lighting) to be a silhouette look. So either use fill flash, or boost your exposure more.

Also, watch cutting off the ears Want to see all of the good looking face
