Barred Flight

This shot was taken in my backyard. This Owl is out there most nights. Could someone let me know about my pic. Ive just started this stuff, and Im using a Kodak C195 point and shoot. But I did set the iso at 200 w/ a flash. Everything else was on auto. And I enlarged and cropped. Please let me know, I think I gotta a pretty good shot. But I could be way off. Thanks John

Given the tools you're using, it's a good shot.
It's not something that I would print/publish, but it's also a very tough subject/situation for anyone much less using a P&S.
