Default Hummingbird @ feeder

Took this shot at our feeder and was wondering what I could do to make it better. I know the red plastic detracts but I couldn't get a good picture without that being in it.

Hummingbird-2

Exif:
Camera: Canon XSi
Lens: 55-250 @ 250
ISO: 400
Exposure: 1/800 sec @ f/5.6
Shot in shutter priority.

Thanks in advance for looking & any critique.

Dave

Default Awesome

I love the picture, I like that on a second look you can clearly see the iris and pupil.

For my own knowledge would the outside of the near the backs for the wings be considered overexposed or is this just a result of harsh light?
