First, what a lucky shot to have been that near a bald eagle! What I would say is that it looks like you've cropped in really close to get this framing on the eagle, so now it feels like he has no where to go. I am not sure what you cropped out, but it just feels too boxed in for me.

You didn't ask any specific questions about what feedback you are looking for, but here is what I have for you. 1. As said earlier, this appears tightly cropped. Can you adjust crop to allow some negative space on the left of the frame for the eagle to fly into? 2. You and I have the same camera and with your focal point I have to assume you used the kit 75-300mm non IS lens. If this is the case, this lens gets soft in the focus at the far and near ends of focal length. Hence the bit of soft focus on your eagle 3. I am also assuming you used the f5.6 and ISO of 400 to push up your shutter speed. For me, the DOF is too shallow at that apature. Think about f8 to f11, if you have to raise the ISO some more, you can take out any extra noise in PP.
