Composition: I'd crop away much of the blue sky on the left of the photo. I would consider cropping in fairly tightly on the Swallowtail, (though you've cropped the plant it is perched on nicely, so the bottom crop you have here might work best).
I could wish that you had been able to get this photo from just a bit to the right of where you were, so that you could get a cleaner background, but with wildlife you often get what you get.
Depth of Field/Focus: Very nice. Works well with the subject.
Lighting: While on-camera flash is normally worse than useless, the one situation it actually works pretty well is when you're shooting in bright sunlight and need some fill light in the shadows. Here, you might have benefited from some fill light on the near side of your subject.
