Default Birds on the roof

Taken using a Canon PowerShot SX20 IS.
F-stop f/5
Exposure time 1/250 sec
ISO 80
Focal lenght 50 mm
What would you change in this photograph?

The lighting is flat. And the birds are soft focused. PP'd in CNX2. The second edit is pp'd more heavily to bring the sky into a less blown out color. Also, the birds are more saturated.
