Nice perspective and cute little guy. He's definitely got a great look for the camera.
Looks like you were in a really dark environment and did about all you could with the settings. The shutter speed is just really slow and it's tough to get a good sharp photo of a living subject at 1/10th of a second. I'd try to find some more light so you can get that up quite a bit, especially if you are shooting at 155mm. To improve what you have, I think the shot would benefit from a bump in exposure, it all looks a bit dark. The nose lacks detail and some dodging (lightening) of the eyes might bring the little guy to life. I always try to get some light in the eyes and some nice catchlights 'cause people tend to like to make eye contact, even with photos. Anyway, it's a good shot overall and worth the extra effort of some tweaks. You might look into finding some more light or start experimenting with flash to capture those details in future shots. A little light can go a long way in bringing out his wonderful details. I love his face though, I would take lots of shots of that cute little mug.
