Default Ribet!

captured this frog today. But having a hard time getting him to stand out a bit. It looks like I missed his eye also, as far as focusing. Time of day wasn't the greatest it was around 11:00 I believe. it was cloudy I thought that the clouds would cut me some slack. Maybe not enough though. I also still challenge myself to keep the camera level it is tuff for me for some reason. Does anyone use a bubble on thier hot shoe? If so do you find it works! I need one in my viewfinder!

I would guess getting a frog to stand out from his surroundings would be tough since they are built to adapt and camouflage themselves. I think you did pretty well myself.

Clouds help but depending on the amount of cover and effect, you may still may find yourself fighting some direct shadows. Still better than fighting direct sun, no?

And the photo looks pretty straight to me. I try my best to get things level in camera but for times my shots look like they were taken by a drunken sailor, well, Lightroom saves my day.

Thank you so much for stopping by first of all and commenting.
I never thought of that way trying to get the frog to stand out in his surroundings, duh he is suppose to blend in.
I straightened this in elements 8, I have been trying to get better at post processing because I don't always get it right and I think my pictures would be better if I was better at Post processing. I shot in raw but so often look for that auto correction button it defeats the purpose for me.

A little fill flash might have helped to brighten him up a bit. Though I guess you would have only had one shot - one flash and he'd be gone!
