It is always fascinating to get a chance to shot at a wonderful bird as this. Thing is they are big!!! I find I have a bit better luck getting a clear focus on them at about f8 (it takes me close er to focus from wing tip to wing tip.
I normally shot in AV for wildlife letting the camera go as fast as I can give it enough light for and it looks like there is plenty of light. i am not going to bother to ask what time of day it was. It looks bright and sunny and there was a bird TAKE THE PICTURE!
all in all it could be sharper but it does have nice color. thanks for sharing it with us.
