Default Happy Bird

Hi everyone, this is the first time I'm posting a picture for critique. I took some pictures at the zoo and this one just makes me smile.

Any input on crop and color (white balance?) is appreciated.

Camera: Canon Rebel T2i
Lense: Canon 55-250mm IS
Shutter Speed: 1/160
Aperture: F/8.0
ISO: 125
Critique: Composition (Crop) and color (white balance?)

Well He really does look happy! His feathers are very clear and looks like he is well in focus. His beak has a little glare on it but I like the shot it makes me smile back at him!
