Ditto - #1 gets my vote, for same reasons as above.
Primary subject is the bird, placed (approximately) along 1/3 portion of image better than centered as in #2; compared to similar placement of #3 is better than #3 as bird is looking into "negative space" (#1) which is typically more pleasing to the eye. Now that I'm looking at it a little more closely, #1 is also placed along the lower third of the frame (good) but I'm noticing now that the angle of the bird is such that it approximately follows a diagonal line from the lower left corner toward the upper right, leaving "negative space" in that direction as well... intriguing.
