Two things bother me, distracting background, and the fact that you are just too far from this gorgeous bird
maybe next time you could try to get a bit closer and get that stunning photo

I want to crop it when I first look at it. I think getting rid of the whole roof view and bringing in the green leaves and cardinal would make a nice shot. Then the details of what you used with help the pro's.

I would also crop in and focus on the cardinal if you can. Everything else is distracting from the subject. The white behind it will really make that red pop
