Default Hummingbird at Rest

This is a photo I took last summer and was wondering what I can do to make it better. I have cropped and tweaked it in LR3 but something doesn't look right to me but I don't know what so please help. I know the ISO is a little high so I reduced the noise in LR. Is the exposure & focus good?
Any critique good or bad is appreciated.

Hummingbirds-4

Exif:
Camera: Canon XSi
Lens: 55-250 @ 250
Shutter: 1/250
Aperture: F/5.6
ISO: 800

Thanks

Dave

Too much of a crop and the focus is off.
