Hey guys,
Would very much appreciate some critique on this shot. I was at the botanic gardens in my city and was taking a photo of a fountain when these two parrots (I think they're parrots) decided to fly in for a drink, so I took a few photos of them as well. ![]() Camera Canon EOS 300D Digital Exposure 0.001 sec (1/800) Aperture f/5.6 Focal Length 300 mm ISO Speed 100 Exposure Bias -2/3 EV Flash No Flash I was wondering if it were a bit underexposed. The breast of the parrot on the right is a bit dark as is the eye of the parrot on the left. Also, is the water stream too distracting? Any other general comments are welcome. Thanks

I think first it is a great capture. If you can play with it in PS and get the exposrue a little brighter without losing the contrast of the colors and I do think the water is a bit distracting if you could PS out the water between the birds it would make it more appealing!
