Default Big Blues

This is a photo of the family cat. I did some adjusting in Lightroom to give his eyes a more piercing effect. Let me know what you think of the composition, colour, sharpness and anything else you may want to comment on. I'm a beginner and I'm always looking for constructive criticism. Thanks Guys!

I would prefer to see this just as B/W without the processing of the eyes.

The clarity and sharpness are wonderful.
