Default A Lizard

2nd post here in these forums... would love to get a critique on this one, since I think for ISO1600 it looks pretty sharp.

At first glance, it seem pretty dark. I know that's probably part of the "mood", but the subject really fades into the shadows. I'd also consider a "rule of thirds" crop on the lizard.

I really need to read up on the rule of thirds. I am so new to this stuff. Thanks for the tip.

Welcome!!! IMO it is too dark and I agree about rules of thirds, in the other hand there is a reflection in the left side, were there some glasses?
