Default pair of ducks on a windy day

Picasa Web Albums - Peggy Murray - New Took this shot of a pair of ducks i hated to crop this closely to them. There were so many swiming that day the water was pretty distracting further out from them!
What do you think about the color and the crop all other input is welcomed also!
T2i with 18-135 lens
focal point is 135
ISO is 500
f stop 5.6
no flash
It was about 2:00 in the afternoon and the sun was out. It was also exstremely windy that day. Not ideal for picture taking but any day it isn't a work day in Dec is picture day!

folks I have the hardest time posting a PICTURE to the thread. Is there a link to instructions for this. I get an error stating web page not found even though I'm using the top box which refers to my PC to upload from I thought perhaps it was file size but I don't believe this is the case

I see it after clicking on the link Picasa Web Albums - Peggy Murray.

I think it's a nice picture. I tried shooting some ducks last week (with my camera !) and they were very poor.

Good reflection and clear focus, too bad second duck is cut off from full view.

A lower viewpoint would have made a much better photo. Lay on your stomach ( old clothes help when doing this ) and try to be more at the level of the ducks.

Very sharp. Technically very good, though I agree that it would have been slightly better with both ducks fully in the photo.

It's a great shot, but I wish the female duck weren't cut off. Also, the male duck is centered, which means that there is no lead room; whenever a subject is moving or is facing a certain direction, always have lead room. In addition, I wish the pov were lower.
