Question what do you think about this picture in global?

This is a shot of a stray dog, I was wondering what do you think about the exposure, focus etc?? also, do you see like a story or anything in this??

I like the composition and the concept a lot.

The dog itself is very dark and a little out of focus so you should sharpen a little in PP and see if it gets any better and try adjusting the shadows either with curves or the shadows/highlights-tool (that's if you have photoshop or gimp or something like that). Higher ISO would've helped also, but the moment's come and gone already so...

I agree that the focus seems soft here.

I like the concept with the dog standing by/on the walking trail. I think if the dog were to take up more of the frame, or if you had a wider aperture and achieved even more bokeh in the background, then the concept would appear to be more well-executed.

Nice idea and I think the composition works, just a couple of things though:

The women behind is distracting, especially with the lead that seems to be attached to the stray dog, a few seconds later/earlier and it would have been a much cleaner background.

The colours look a little washy, try adjusting the levels (there's a good tutorial on levels by LeeR, if I remember correctly)
