I'm fairly new to photography and have been experimenting with a Canon EOS 450D SLR camera. I'm quite happy with this shot but I feel i should not have clipped the fur off of the top of the head! Please give advice and if you think there is anyother improvements that could be made , i would appeciate your comments. Thanks

Camera Canon EOS 450D
Exposure 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture f/5.6
Focal Length 250 mm
ISO Speed 800
Exposure Bias 0 EV

I might try a tighter crop, right in on the face. Without much else going on in the frame, that's the point of most interest to me. Then it might also not be such a problem if the top of the head is cut off a little bit.

But that said, great capture. I love the reflection in his/her eyes.

Cheers...

Will
