Default Buck

Buck by Danny M Long, on Flickr

My question is would this be considered a good shot? I had to get the buck's attention to get him to raise his head so I had little time to shoot before he ran. How could I have made this a better shot?

I'd probably crop in tighter on his head - from about his shoulder forward, try keeping the same proportions. Other than that, great capture.
