Bella at sunset

I was hoping to get input on whether or not this photo works for you. At first I thought the fence was distracting, but I think it breaks up the background. Also, do you think this needs to be a strict silhouette, or does this contrast setup work?

I like the idea and you've not done it badly, but for me the silhouette blends into the background too much, especially to the right of the frame. I think a lower angle would have worked better so the background was pure sky and fence, no foliage. A tough shot to pull off really well though.
