Beautiful landscape,but if your main subject is the duck(or goose,i can't really tell ) then i think it would be better to crop it tighter,giving the (..umm..i'll just say bird..) bird more attention

Since you were shooting against the light, the side of the goose is in shadow and underexposed. For this one, to be able to see the detail, I would say you really need either to spot meter on the bird or to override the camera's auto exposure, and overexpose by a stop or two.
