Default Blue Heron

The Blue Heron was in a lagoon near my home on Hilton Head. I would be interested in any feedback.

Not a bad shot. The heron is backlit and that is problematic...the bird is somewhat underexposed, but proper exposure would blow out parts of the background...

Best shots are with the sun from behind you.

Thank you. I did not think about the sun. The photo was taken in the pm. I will try the am next time.
