Default Spring in Calcutta

Red vented bulbul

A red vented bulbul on a Calcutta tree. This flowering tree, because of its colour, is very strongly associated with spring in our culture. Do you think the composition could have been improved?
Taken with a Canon 450D and lens EF 100-400 set at 400. No UV filter. Minimal crop

I love the composition of this photograph - it has a very definite triangle formed by the blossoms and the bird. Very appealing image and although the background is a similar colour to the bird, by throwing it out of focus you have lifted the bird, so it is easy to see. Well done.
