Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 400 mm
ISO Speed: 250
Exposure Bias: -4/3 EV

I like the picture, but I feel there might be too much dark area to the right. If you *must* follow the rule of thirds (and you don't have to), I would place the bird's head/eye at the top 1/3 and centered (aproximately).

I agree about the amount of dark area, but I wonder if simply cropping the photo may be helpful. The green area seems to lead my eye to the bird. If the bird were separated from the green, I think there would be two points of interest thay would clutter the picture.

OTOH, I like the colors and the sharpness of the bird.

I'm in no way any sort of expert...just my humble opinion.

Hi Niranj..... just to put a different spin on it...... Strangely enough, I like the darker side of the shot.... adds a bit of intrigue and gives the roller space to move into. I don't feel that it detracts from the shot because the colours are so vivid that ones eye is continually drawn back to the bird.
The roller is crisp and well lighted, and good on ya for getting the light spot in the eye.
A good clear crisp shot with maybe just a tad too much darkness on the right, but not worth losing sleep over.

thanks for sharing
Regards

Ditto. I feel the same about the dark side. I feel it enhances the picture...
