You have definately "caught the moment"
Well done. From a technical POV the picture suffers from the flat low contrast lighting. I feel a levels adjustment, at the very least, when PPing would help a lot. From an artistic POV the position of the bird leaving the frame is not good. It is possible to have the bird more to the left of the picture by cropping out a lot of the blank space on the left. I feel it would make for a better picture, Try it & see.

Thanks Richard, as I said I am totally new to DPS and photography as well...... Will try that cropping adjustment and as the the PPing (have no idea what you are talking about - will have to look this up on the internet ---- LOL) Thanks anyhow for your kind words......It gives me hope.
