Last weekend, I built my own light tent (using the
tutorial on the blog) and started shooting pictures for a Valentine's Day present that, sadly, never came to fruition. Just didn't have the creative juices flowing enough to follow through with everything I wanted to do with it... it was to be a framed collection of photos of a few of my boyfriend's favorite things. These are my favorite 2 pictures from the batch that I shot.
Anyway, I shot RAW, in color, fixed a lot of contrast before converting to JPEG, and converted to B&W in Photoshop using the channel mixer.
