A picture of my oldest daughter taken while on holiday in Croatia. The picture was taken in BW, but was enhanced using the Rob Carr Color to B&W Conversion Technique. (

The optimised photo is more dynamic and interesting. A general tip for digital B/W photography: Shoot in colour (or raw) and convert to bw in post processing.
