I like to go through the DIA and take shots using extreme close-up, shadow or reflected natural light rather than a perfectly framed exact representational shot .
This one was shot in color but came out looking like black and white so I desaturated it all the way.
Light striking the statue is natural winter sun from a nearby window.
Circles of light in the frame are electric chandeliers reflecting in the plexiglas shield protecting the statue. No flash was used.
