Hi,
I came across the forum whilst searching for some information to help my daughter with her A-level photography course. After reading some of the threads I kind of forgot about my daughter and kept reading
As the username name implies I'm Kev, married with 3 children. They are all over 18 so that makes me old

I work in the nuclear industry and photography is my way of unwinding.
I've been into photography since the mid 70's starting with Canon FTB-1 film cameras and then gradually adopting the Canon digital bodies. I now shoot with a Canon 1D MkIII, 7D and 40D with a range of lens from 8mm fisheye upto the Canon 600mm prime lens.
I love wildlife photography mainly because of the challenge of getting a good photography without disturbing the subject and also for the peace and quiet there is when you are out in the hills.
I'll photograph pretty much any subject matter as long as I find it challenging

At the moment I'm into high speed flash photography for water droplets and also long exposure star trails.
