I'm loving these so far. Here's what I did.
- LucasArt Exposure Filter to get the basic comic booked type look to it.
- Selected the circle area, then inverted that and filled the new selection with black and changed belnding mode to screen (or something else that would allow me to see through it.
- Layer of straight green to give it the large tint.
Both of these last two steps also had the opacity played with.
