Vote yes. Looks like some pictures have been moved since lightroom first cataloged them. You can also resync your folder. (from memory- in library right click on the folder and select sync).

On a semi-related note, I need to size my photos to 8 x 10 and am confused as to how to go about doing this without cropping the photo or distorting the picture.

Unless your sensor is the same aspect ratio as an 8x10 (and it's not) you
must crop the photo to get to 8x10 without an odd blank border. Easiest way if you are going to then export the cropped verion as a jpg is to use the crop tool in Develop. In the margin there is a button for aspect ratio, you can click on it and get a drop down then select the 8x10. A crop grid will appear and you can reposition the crop however it fits best.
