I didn't have anything specific in mind for this one.
In Paint Shop Pro:
- Used the Perspective Correction tool to adjust the perspective slightly.
- Created a duplicate of the image, adjusted the levels to lighten the tunnel area, then created a mask to hide the area outside the tunnel.
- Adjusted layer opacity and merged the image.
- Cropped the image.
- Add two copies of the image layer, applied different levels of Zoom Radial Blur, then adjusted layer opacities.
- Added another copy of the original image layer, set to Overlay.
- Copied the merged layers and pasted as a new layer, converted to black & white, and adjusted layer opacity.
- Added a levels adjustment layer and refined the contrast.
After finishing, I realized it would look better if the zoom blur was centered on the pedestrian in the background, so I started over and repeated the above steps.
