Default All Screwed Up!

Not for Assignment
Assignment DOF
I shot this using a +1 and a +4 diopter Macro add on filter. This allows for a nice magnification shot with a very shallow DOF. Adding the +2 filter, caused the DOF to become too shallow to tell what was being photographed. This set-up (all 3 macro filters in addition to an 8 diopter Magnifying glass), is what I'm experimenting with for my "Flakey Challenge" on the Games and Challenges page. It's ideal for shooting snowflakes or any other subject less than 1/2 mm in depth. Anyone interested? See the Flakey Challenge thread. My shots are not that great, but Jiminy Clickit has some wonderful images he's been working on. Thanks and good luck.
