Im guessing then the child would be charged with reckless opp or failure to control and driving without a license?
I would ask who took this picture? Plain ans simple....maybe even just Who took this?
I sy 99% of the people would respond the same way....
Do you actually go into "Who was the photographer that took this picture?"
I bet you'd say who took this? They know you are referring to the image and everyone knows its a picture so saying camera holder or DSLR owner is a moot point.
