Your shutter speeds are far to slow for photographing children, they are movers. It just a personal thing but i try not to get below 1/100. Are these hand held or on a tripod? Below 1/60 you need to be on a tripod and if you are in a studio with studio lighting or even a flash off camera what is up with the ISO?

She is a really cute girl! I bet you have lots of fun playing around!
