Reflections are always interesting.
If I understand correctly reflection is main subject here. So I would recommend to overexpose a bit since reflections in glass are always darker. Another suggestion when shooting architecture is that verticals should be vertical. You can do this with post production or by shooting horizontally (this also means moving back or zooming out to get subject into frame) and cropping after for composition.
These are just suggestions and I'm not sure they would work but it's something I would try in your situation. Hope it helps.
