It's not tilted, the overpass is just sloped. The buildings look straight to me.
I might try cropping some of the top off, or framing it so there is more of the traffic than the dark sky. Right now it looks kind of centered and static, which isn't what you are trying to capture here. Or another option is to try it again with a vertical orientation. That would let you get more of the buildings in the frame and limit some of the side clutter.
